It was not unusual to ship locomotive parts from the centrql warehouse to out lying shops in cattle cars . I have a picture of this on the C&NW at the 40th Street shops in Chicago.

Thanks Larry. Is there a date on that photo. Many cars were rebuilt with panel sides as shown to the left of this car in the 1935,36 time frame.

I have the July 1983 MM and that is the lettering that is shown in the assembly instructions. I'm looking for a latter lettering scheme.
