Attaching Kadee running boards to plastic roofs

It is basically an AAR design car but the thinner side sheathing which necessitated the bracing as evidenced by the ACR rivets. They did have their own welded underframe which varried from the standar

Correct - that's when it was refurbished and repainted by ACF in St Louis. I questioned a St Louis location until given that explaination. Even the repack data was in orange showing that date and loca
