Decals for N Scale 2018 Mini Kit
Ted made some fabulous decals for the HO Scale 2018 mini kit; but none were included in the N Scale version. I have tried finding a reference as to what decals to use; but am coming up empty handed. D

Charlie, Yes it does, since every railroad I am familiar with called them an "emblem". "Herald" is like fingers on a chalkboard to me......for those of us old enough to know what a chalkboard is. gary

Marty, As Ben pointed out, the drawings in RMC are of the 4 bay configuration. There are two versions of the drawings. One is the as built composite side, and the other is the rebuilt steel side. gary

Mystery Gondola Kit
I have a couple gondola "kits" that were acquired from the estate of a friend of mine who was a prototype modeler and Texas & Pacific fan. The kits consist of nothing more than the two sides and ends

I recently saw a picture of some guys loading Walnut logs into a CB&Q stock car. They weren't very long, maybe about 4'; but they appeared to be about 18" in diameter, so I am sure it was no real easy

Doug, What I wrote may have been misleading. The MARX reporting marks were assigned to Mather; but on the Mather page in the Jan 54 ORER, they were listed as being used on Armour cars. gary roe quincy
