I am in the process of preparing my presentation for Naperville: "The Wood Sheathed Cars of the FGEX/WFEX/BREX Freight Refrigerator Fleet: 1940-1953." In fact I spent most of every day last week preparing it. Part of this will be a table for the Fruit Growers wood car fleet going back to its beginning . I would like to have as many early years as possible. Between my own ORER collection and that of Randy Anderson, I have data for many years. I am looking for help with the other years, namely if you have any of the following years and would be willing to transcribe and send me the car totals for the car series listed for the particular edition, please contact me off line. I am also trying to track down when the Pere Marquette moved its 25000 sereis of reefers to FGEX, I believe it was in 1939 or 1940. This kind of information was in the ORER. It is not mentioned in the 1940 edition I have. If someone is willing to look at their ORER from 1939 or 1940 to see if that change is mentioned, I would appreciate that assistance as well.
