You'll find very fine tubing at this site:

One very fine type of tubing there is Polyimide, with an interior diameter
of .005", outsidediamter of .0065 or .0075 inches. There are larger sizes
as well. Not sure how it glues, but don't see why it wouldn't glue with ACC
well.

Alternately, for something in stainless steel, how about this site:
http://www.ngineering.com/tubing.htm - they have .018" outside diameter
stainless tubing. And larger sizes.

Lots more good stuff at these sites. I've never ordered from them though,
so not sure what they are like to deal with.
