In 1959 two of Columbian Carbon's plants were
located on the T&NO at Carboco, Louisiana and North
Bend, Louisiana. I'd bet CC didn't do their own
reweighing, so you could probably get away with an
abbreviation for one of the local area yards like
Houston (HO). Lake Charles and Shreveport are two
other possibilities, but I'm not sure about the
abbreviations for those yards. Bill Kelly might have
a handle on other T&NO yard abbreviations.
