Anyone ever recall seeing an Erie steam era box car with a 3 section Creco door?
I have a steam era action photo which may show one. It isn't the best quality photo; it shows a train with 3 Erie boxcars in a row. All have small diamonds, probably placing the photo before 1947.
Another car has a GN box car with the herald first used in the late '30s/early '40s.
