Truck Question

brianleppert@att.net

Does anyone know if B&LE, CofG, FEC, KCS, LNE, Monon, or Reading ever had freight cars with plain bearing 70-ton A-3 Ride Control trucks?

TIA,

The CofGa didn't own many cars with with A-3 trucks, but
the following 70-ton cars were so equipped:
1375-1474 1958 C/H blt 1953 (PS)
1475-1499 2003 C/H blt 1956 (PS)
22001-22500 triple hoppers blt 1957 (ACF) (some of this series
received Barber S-2-B)
