How soon would would the PM auto cars have gotten C&O paint after the 1947 purchase of the company?

I've a pix of a 288XXX series car repainted at St Thomas in April 1952 marked Canadian Division over the CHESAPEAKE & OHIO. The car was also pooled to be returned to the Candian Division and had one door made inoperable. Al Kresse ----- Original Message -----

In the interests of providing closure to my rather cranky post of a few days ago... I am happy to report receipt of my PM Auto kit. I hope the high quality kits we've come to expect from Speedwitch will continue to be available.
