Looking for the May 1995 issue of Railmodel Journal, this issue has Dr. Hendrickson's article on upgrading Accurail's USRA hoppers. Does anyone have or know of a place where I can pick up a copy for a reasonable price. I tried Railpub and it was going to cost me $11 total.
