Interesting Waybill Sticker

I ran across this "Expedite" waybill sticker from the B&O in 1925:
http://cnwmodeling.blogspot.com/2012/05/interesting-waybill-sticker.html It seemed to me that this might be an interesting variation to operations with prototype waybills, but I'm also wondering whether this practice was limited to a few railroads in the 1920s or whether it had more general application. I can't imagine much demand for them, but I'm going to make a decal like I have the tankcar placards.

It is from sometime between 1900 and 1910, since it has a place for filling in the date that starts "190__".

I think a series of these placards would make a great decal sheet. I have one for a reefer: "HEATED CAR." The "TIME FREIGHT" one, a "RED BALL FREIGHT" and another one, printed in black on a bright orange background, that says "PENALTY" which I believe means the car needs to get home quickly. My favorites are for stock cars: "EXPOSED SHEEP FOR SLAUGHTER," "SCABBY SHEEP - CLEAN AND DISINFECT THIS CAR," AND "UNINSPECTED CLEAN CATTLE." Except for the "scabby sheep" one, which seems to be a USDA placard, all the others in my collection are standard forms from the C&S. I'll bet there are many other examples out there, including our old friend, "DO NOT HUMP" (I had one of those in high school but my mother took offense to it and it went away).
