Looking for N Scale source arch bar trucks
Andy Carlson
Those folks modeling in HO are fortunate to have Tahoe Model Work's Brian Leppert making his extraordinary freight car trucks. I am looking for the equivalent Tahoe 5' w.b. old-time archbar truck in N scale. I know of many sources for the 5'6" variety but I need a pair of shorter wheelbase archbars. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks, -Andy Carlson Ojai CA

Micro-trains lists Arch Bar Trucks in n-scale. As I recall they released some cars with that style trucks.

I'm sure the Micro-Trains are 5'6". MDC/Roundhouse which is now Athearn had some arch bar as I recall. I have to look through my stuff and see if I have any from them and see what size they are. Take a look at http://www.spookshow.net/trucks/archbar.html This is the best reference I can think of for that question.
