Flat car loading guide

I am wondering if there is anywhere on the web that has typical guides on loading and securing flat cars during the 1950’s. I know I’ve see these somewhere but can’t seem to find them now. At this time, I'm especially looking for information on things like the Chooch military loads - tanks and guns. Since these have "canvas tarps" over them, it may be that some chains or cables from the stake pockets leading under the tarps may be all that's needed. Thanks

Rick, My curiosity led me to Google where I found a training manual for military personnel on this subject. Once again... RPC 20 has an excellent article on flat car loading. I knew I had seen an extensive treatise on this, it just took me awhile to remember where! I have a coppy of the aar diagram books for that period. If you got an idea what is under the tarp i can look up the drawinng.

While the manual might be interesting it's not going to be terribly helpful as a modeling guide since everything from the types if rail cars to the military equipment to the chain falls and tie downs are completely different than they were in the 50s.
