Nothing at all. Bill owns the copyright to the photo of his copy of your roof, and since he
made his copy of your roof for his own personal use USING your roof as the pattern (i.e.
he had to buy your part to make his casting) then you have suffered no damages.

An analogy would be Terry Wegman taking Detail Associates parts and recasting them
in white metal -- destroying the original plastic parts in the process. I think Terry also made
various brass parts (i.e. lost wax process) the same way.
