36 in Gage Cast Sideframe Truck Drawings

Hi

A friend on a different group is looking for manufacturer drawings (like Bettendorf and ASF) for narrow gage cast trucks.  These were used by a variety of NG rr's under more modern freight cars as well as under tenders of Alco and BLW 2-8-2s.

They often had 4x7 journal bearings and typically 24 or 26 inch wheels with axle spacing's that ranged from 4 ft 2 in to 4 ft 11 inches.

Any suggestions or referrals would be appreciated

Check with Denver Public Library.  They may have the drawings he is looking for.  The drawing for sale on ebay is a what John Maxwell retraced and he use to sell when he was alive.  He son, Bruce was selling the drawings until he died.

I used that same drawing to make a plastic injection mold cavity for in ¼”=1’ in December 1972 or January 1973.
