Missouri-Illinois RR book plug
For the past 2 1/2 years I’ve been working on a book covering the Missouri-Illinois Railroad. The book went to the publisher three weeks ago (740 photos and 76,000 words). There’s a chapter on the freight cars used by the M-I and the prior roads that made up the M-I in 1921 that maybe of interest to this group. For more details and a few photos go to http://www.mopac.org/store/m-i-book This effort was done as a fund raiser for the Missouri Pacific Historical Society. Charlie Duckworth |

Charlie,
Congrats on this accomplishment! I am personally excited about this book as I have always found the M-I a very interesting railroad. I have my order in. I hope there are many others who put their orders in too! John Drake Prototype Junction |

I’m hoping these will be printed before the RPM in Collinsville and we’ll have them available at the Missouri Pacific Historical Society tables but providing a reservation helps decide on the number to print.

I've already got my reservation in. The M&I has a role on my Centralia, IL 1955 era layout. I'm really looking forward to it. Jeff White Alma, IL On 2/15/2020 8:09 AM, Charlie Duckworth
