I can't quite make out the reporting marks on the UP boxcar.

Could that be a Lehigh Valley "wrong-way" boxcar first in the line of cars on the track near the center of the photo?

It is.  Several identifiable cars in the photo, including a CGW 1932 ARA boxcar coupled to the LV car; an SP Class B-50-15 SS car to the right of the CGW boxcar; and a MILW USRA SS boxcar and CNW 8 ft 6 in IH SS boxcar in the background to the left of the OWR&N boxcar.  All of these have been available in HO at some point in the last 20 years.
