They're both stock cars with radial steel roofs. Other than that, not at all. Do the side by side yourself:

Not the NP car; these cars were built from N&W Class BL https://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=19339 and Class BLa https://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=20702 boxcars. These boxcars were "clones" of the USRA single sheathed cars, N&W Class BK https://www.nwhs.org/archivesdb/detail.php?ID=19337 The Cleveland Climas Flexible Radial Roof was used on the BL, BLa and "modernized" BK boxcars.
