I did a fairly cursory search to find where Griffin Wheel Denver was located, and didn't come up with an answer.  There is a three-rail track in the foreground.

I assume that the two stock cars at the left side of the image - Fort Worth & Denver 3072 and an unidentified AT&SF stock car - will be carrying their share of steel wheels shortly.
