Judging from the oil delivery truck I would guess mid-1920s thru late 1930s.

 

I higher resolution image might help - one where the smallest writing on the tank cars is readable

 

Lastly, it looks like portions of the image are cropped off - based on the partial reading of DICK TYL at the extreme lower right side. If there is more to the image, showing the WHOLE image may help nail down a better date
