I heartily agree. In fact, the whole PGE was a tough piece of railroading. There's a great soft cover book about the PGE and how it was built, plus the trials and tribulations of keeping it open and going. The book is "In The Ditch" by Eric Prince Stathers. Mr. Stathers was the PGE's Wrecking Foreman and Superintendent 1929-1965. It's an easy and fascinating read.
