I use Alclad Gloss Klear Kote when I want a high gloss finish for decal preparation if I’m not successful in spraying the paint to a gloss. After decaling I airbrush a light coat over the decals to hide the edges. -- Charlie Duckworth Omaha, Ne. |

I think it was related to a discussion on clear coats that didn’t fog or cloud. I think it started as a discussion of acrylic clear coat clouding, which is why I use lacquer clear coats.
