F&C C&O 40’ Automobile boxcar finished

Finished the brake components, rods and piping this morning and painted the underframe. I didn’t want to over weather it and just added door scrapes around the right door and scrapes up the side ladders where the trainmen would climb. This has to be one of the easiest resin builds I can think of (besides a flatcar).

Charlie, as a member of the less is more weathering camp, you have set the bar just right as far as I’m concerned. You freight car fleet has just the look I’m after, done but not overdone.
