I have a few Un Decorated Intermountain 1958 Cu Ft Two Bay (Open Sided) Covered Hopper Kits that I wanted to finish. I found a few decal options on the K4 Decal website for these cars, including PM, WM and Erie. I also found a Tichy Monon Decal, that looks like an " As Built" version (Late 1940's). I know little about Monon Lettering schemes, but the Tichy decal has the " Hoosier Line" slogan over the "M" Logo and a build date of 2-47 and a Shopped date of 11-50. K4's Decals are black lettering for a Gray Hopper or White Lettering for a Boxcar Red Hopper and missing the slogan. These were all, late 1960's "shopped" dated.

Would anyone know if the Tichy Decal with the Red lettering is correct for a late 1940's Monon 1958 Cu Ft, Two Bay Covered Hopper?
