I have built and upgraded Spokane, Portland & Seattle gondola 23038. . If you are interested in the upgrade of this gondola including application of Archer retaining clips (tie downs). And, painting, lettering and weathering with Prismacolor pencils and Pan Pastels. Photos and writeup of the build and upgrade process are now available on my blog I have to share photos and writeup of modeling projects on my Minneapolis & Northland Railroad Company.
