My newest and 24th shippers guide reprint, is from the Illinois Terminal RR .The 70 page book has a traction orange cover.  The St. Louis industry listing is 20 pages long, listing both online and off line industries.  the Peoria listings take 6 pages. Several other large Illinois cities are also listed in detail.  This book is $24.95.

As a side note the C&EI guide is also reduced to $24.95.
