Looks like some good stuff coming. Thanks to Frank and the minions. Here are my guesses for the 5 cars.
NP 1937 AAR boxcar with wood sides
B&O M-55c (or maybe M-55h)
2 B&O M-27 variations
And obviously an ATSF Fe-22.

Yeah, the Fe-22 is obvious. It's also a mini-kit (top image in the blog post) and uses the P2K auto car with end door as the basis. One of the others is a former mini-kit but the base model (IM 10'-6" IH boxcar) is no longer available in kit form. Neither is the P2K, but there are a heck of a lot more of them out there, and at reasonable prices, than the IM. I'm sure most everyone on this list knows that Pierre Oliver offers excellent 10'-0" and 10'-6" IH resin boxcar bodies for those with "orphaned" mini-kits.

Thanks for this post, Eric. It is most interesting to see masters. I always enjoyed Bill Welch’s posts showing the masters he was working on, sometimes only preliminary stages, but all were intriguing to examine.

The box car with the giant door stops has me stumped. I can't remember ever seeing that before.

Bethlehem Car Works has been producing hybrid passenger car kits for years.

Yes, Bethlehem Car Works has been doing resin/3D stuff for years. Mainly though details and roofs were done in resin, the sides all 3D. I most likely will be seing John Saturday, and fingers crossed a nee, unique Reading car will be released.

As far as guessing the mystery cars, the door and a half box, side sill, and floor, scream aloud the CNJ 19XXX, 1923 ARA 10’0” IH box cars.

The 40' double door car looks like a Pere Marquette 93000 - 93399 car.
