Desperately seeking Pacific Fruit Express decal help.

I was ready to decal 2 reefers and discovered my stash of Champ PFE decals missing.  I think it was their special set, SHS-190.  It has the UP shields I need in particular.

Does anyone have 2-3 sets they could spare?

Bill,  I too ran out my PFE stash while decaling several 6-packs of Tichy R-40-4s for my club.  Microscale has a very nice set which has been out of stock for a very long time ☹     I was able to improvise by using two Microscale sets: one has the all black and white heralds, while the other has only UP red, white, and blue shields in a variety of sizes.
