reefer end of car stencil (began as Rr-69)

I don't think anyone has brought this up before. It was not an uncommon stencil. Anyone want to research
the question and tabulate all the known uses of this stencil ? :-)

But I agree with Eric -- could be an indirect way of saying "don't kick this car down the track!"
