Southern SUs in 1951 interchange service?

How many Southern SUs were in interchange service in 1951? I am trying to see if I can justify one in my NYC collection.

Phil, I'm sorry but I don't know what a SU is.  Please explain
I'll probably be embarrassed when I find out.

OK now my coffee has kicked in, so they must be the SU boxcars. According to my notes it was 50 of the 40 ft versions still in service then and 440 of the 36 ft versions still in service.  Listed in the November 1951 SR list of passenger and freight equipment

Thanks Anthony and Fenton. I could probably justify one then. It'll work well with the DS auto/furniture car.

Phil, I don't know what era you model but the 1937 ARA (Red Caboose or IM) cars would be a must.  Southern was the largest US purchaser of these cars with about 10,000,
