Tank Identification help
Back in the 2016-2018 time frame I went tank car crazy. I built a number of resin tank cars, purchased castings from Tom Madden, and built cars swapping tank and bodies and cutting them up. Then when Covid hit and I had concentrated time, I put the unfinished projects in a box and went to work building the lower level of my layout. Building that, perfecting trackwork, and having operating sessions to work out all of the bugs has consumed much of the spare time since. Covid Construction Co. did quite well.
Of course with all of the track in place and all of the staging full, I also realized that I have more cars than I can possibly run and, thanks to Tangent, more tank cars than logically fit the layout even with 10 tank car involved industries.
I went to the tank car box tonight and found the attached. I am sure I got it to this point and was looking for decals when the box was closed. I know the frame is Gould/Tichy because it is printed on the coupler box, but I don’t know what the rest of it is, probably from another manufacturer swapped around or cut down for a project I can not remember. Duh…
Can any of you identify what I was building? I am sure it was well discussed back then. Some North American decals were near it in the box.

Tichy (Gould) all around but slightly modified from the kit.
